Event Details: Set Up, Tear Down, and Exhibit Hours

Set Up: Thursday, July 24, starting at 10:00 am

Tear Down: Saturday, July 26, ending at 3:00 pm

Thursday, July 24: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday, July 25: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday, July 26: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Additional Information:

Electric/Internet: There will be an extra charge for using electricity and the Internet at your booth. Details on costs will be provided as soon as available.

Materials: You're welcome to bring necessary display materials for your booth. If you need to ship materials in advance, please contact us.

Tote Bag Item: If you wish to include an item in attendee tote bags, please contact our Partnership Director, Takiesha Strong, at info@waterwalkingwomen.org to submit a sample for approval. Approved items must be received by June 16, 2025.
Application Process:
Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it based on availability and relevance to the conference objectives.
