Event Details:

• Date: July 24-26, 2025

Registration and Attendance:

• Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change; however, we are unable to offer refunds for registrations. Should you be unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to another individual. To request a registration transfer, please email info@waterwalkingwomen.org by June 1, 2025.

• Ticket Confirmation: Once your registration is completed, a confirmation will pop up. Please download it for your records. You may print it out or have it ready on your phone for scanning during registration.

 

Childcare:

• We encourage you to make arrangements for your children to stay at home to ensure you can fully engage in the conference experience. Limited accommodations will be available for nursing mothers.

 

Media and Privacy Policy:

• You consent to be videotaped, audio recorded, or photographed by attending the conference. This footage may be used for commercial purposes without compensation. By participating, you waive rights to privacy regarding these recordings and release Water Walking Women (WWW) from liability related to the use of your likeness, image, voice, or words.

 

Seating and Attire:

• Seating: There is no reserved seating as we believe everyone is a VIP! Arrive early to secure a preferred spot.

• Dress Code: Dress comfortably, considering the warm Palm Springs climate. Meeting rooms might be cool, so consider bringing a sweater.

 

Event Recording:

• The event will be recorded and available for purchase. Please refrain from using personal recording devices during sessions.

 

What to Bring:

• Your faith, your friends, a Bible, a notebook, and a pen!

Attendance Policy:

• While the conference content is tailored for women, men are invited to join our evening services on Thursday and Friday.
